Could you please tell me if 3 doctors wrongly certify someone insane can

Regarding Peter Sutcliffe's ongoing bid for freedom - it is never
going to happen.
The young solicitor will benefit her career by being associated with a
high-profile case and will be handsomely paid by the taxpayer. Only
the taxpayer will lose that case. Sutclifffe will gain at least a few
outings and some pleasant female companionship.
